About Me
Hi! I’m Lucy, a certified personal trainer passionate about helping you achieve pain-free living while building strength and confidence in and out of the gym. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and with over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, I work with all ages, specializing in strength & resistance training, sport-specific training, mobility, balance & coordination, prenatal, postnatal, injury prevention & rehabilitation.
Growing up playing sports, I always associated physical activity with happiness. My personal experiences with multiple sports injuries, including an ACL tear and various tendon issues, led me to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. Frustrated by the constant pain and lack of understanding about my injuries, I became passionate about learning how our bodies work and how to prevent injuries and chronic pain.
